Business Lending is one of the fastest-growing business lines at T-Bank: since 2018, we have reached 3rd place in terms of the SME portfolio and continue to grow x2 year-on-year.
Currently, the focus is on managing the profitability of the existing portfolio, so debt collection has become a full-fledged P&L driver. This is a separate product team responsible for the entire cycle — from early reminders to court proceedings.
Key focuses:
- Portfolio Segmentation and Management
Targeted customer management based on risks, behavior, and PD models: adaptive collection strategies, dynamic scenario distribution, financial effect assessment (recovery and profit).
- Early Collection
Development and testing of interaction tools (calls, SMS, email, interfaces, site visits), A/B tests, and creation of controls to assess the impact on customer behavior and financial results.
- Judicial Direction
Analysis of the entire process from court to enforcement proceedings, building efficiency metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and optimization, including work with the secured portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build interaction with stakeholders and deeply immerse yourself in the business domain
- Adapt the direction's strategy to the team's tasks and communicate risks and limitations
- Estimate resources and timelines when launching initiatives and large projects
- Participate with the business in building processes for evaluating projects in terms of timelines and resources
- Ensure the achievement of the team's strategic goals
- Build a value delivery process: transparency, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Develop a Data-driven culture within the team
- Manage the team: hiring, onboarding, development, regular feedback, and performance management
- Develop approaches to maintaining engagement and reducing employee turnover
Requirements
- You have experience in developing and adapting management processes
- You have experience implementing changes in conditions of high uncertainty
- You know SQL and can write complex queries
- You know mathematical statistics and probability theory, and can apply A/B tests and statistical methods
- You can form a strategy for selecting target metrics, decompose them, and build a metrics tree
- You have experience in team management and using management tools (delegation, goal setting, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
