🚀 We are looking for strong analysts (Middle, Senior | Lead, Head) and growth managers with a strong analytical background for the Non-Financial Services Growth team at T-Bank.

This is a team that directly influences revenue, unit economics, and the development strategy of the direction. We combine marketing, product, and analytics into a unified decision-making system:

• increase ROI and marketing efficiency
• find new acquisition channels, scale best practices
• optimize P&L

We work with large volumes of data, complex funnels, and cross-vertical scenarios. The main focus is to systematically scale the growth of Non-Financial Services.

1) Middle / Senior Analyst

A role for those who want ownership, not a stream of tasks. What we expect:

• Experience in A/B testing, understanding of statistics and probability theory at an advanced level
• Proficient SQL and Python
• Ability to explain to the business where the money lies
• Experience in marketing / CRM analytics is a big plus 📍 Location: Moscow / St. Petersburg

2) Lead / Head of analytics

A strategic position with scale and direct influence on the business. We are looking for people who will define the strategy, build the system, and be responsible for the results and P&L What we expect:

• Lead - experience managing a team of 5+ people, Head - experience managing leads and teams of 15+ people
• Strong stakeholder management skills: marketing, product, development, top management
• Extensive experience in product / marketing analytics
