We are looking for a talented and ambitious product analyst ready to lead a small team, who will help us optimize motivational payments for operational teams (over 2000 people) working with legal entities in T-Bank.

Requirements:
- Experience in product analytics, preferably in the banking sector.
- Possesses analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Graduate of a top university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, Bauman MSTU...), or a 4th-year+ student.
- Willingness to work at least 40 hours.
- Proficient in SQL, Python.
- Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Experience in selecting and generating business metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of current motivation systems and development of new approaches to increase the efficiency of teams (A/B, ML) through motivational payments.
- Collaboration with various departments to understand needs and create optimal solutions.
- Evaluation of the impact of motivational programs on the performance of employees and the team as a whole.
- Leadership of a small team of product analysts.
