Head of Analytical Experimentation Team at T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff)
T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is seeking a Head of Analytical Experimentation Team to shape the A/B testing strategy and develop the research track.
The team is building a high-quality A/B testing system. They are looking for an analytics lead to advance the methodology and practice of experiments.
The experimentation team is significantly and qualitatively improving the culture of A/B testing through the development of a lab, a review system, and a platform.
The experimentation team has three focus areas:
- Applied Statistics Lab — ASL. An expertise center in mathematical statistics that develops the internal A/B platform and metrics system from a methodological standpoint.
- EE-Clubs. A network of clubs for reviewing important A/B tests that drives changes in analytics, ensuring the overall quality and value of conducted experiments.
- AI Agents. A team for the development and implementation of AI agents in A/B testing, responsible for the entire cycle of A/B and research tasks: from hypothesis generation to decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Review ecosystem-wide tests.
- Build and implement the A/B testing development strategy within the company.
- Develop and popularize the research track, oversee the writing of articles and patent applications.
- Communicate and defend test results to top management.
- Support the A/B platform in terms of methodology.
Requirements:
- Experience in conducting complex A/B tests and broad exposure to modern testing methods.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of A/B test mathematics, understanding when CPT works and the underlying assumptions of key tests.
- Understanding of how product analytics teams operate and how decisions impact business metrics.
- Experience in managing an analytics team will be a plus.
