My team is engaged in the growth analytics of the Mass segment of T Bank (yes, we are growing during a crisis and actively hiring).

We work with the entire segment of T Bank's individuals, which is about 55 million clients, and of course, we are looking for ways to grow the new audience. Attraction, engagement, retention, monetization - we have a very strong influence on all these processes.

Currently, we urgently need the following roles:

Lead/Senior Analyst - you are ready to unite and lead a small team of young and promising analysts, you know how to conduct useful research and understand A/B tests.

Senior/Middle Analyst - you love large ecosystem tasks, you love getting to the bottom of things in cross-team processes, you see the meaning behind the numbers and know how to present them beautifully, you understand A/B tests.
