What you will do
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics for the "My MTS" mobile application and web storefronts;
- Identify product growth opportunities, formulate and test product hypotheses based on data;
- Conduct full-cycle A/B tests: experiment design, sample size and duration calculation, quality control, results analysis, and conclusion formulation;
- Develop SQL queries to monitor product indicators;
- Perform ad hoc research upon requests from product teams and evaluate the impact of product changes;
- Develop and maintain product metric systems and dashboards;
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, data engineers, and the BI team: from task formulation to results interpretation and product decision-making.
What we expect
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst;
- Proficient in SQL: complex queries, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, query optimization, working with large data volumes;
- Proficient in Python for data analysis: pandas, numpy, scipy/statsmodels, or similar libraries;
- Practical experience in conducting full-cycle A/B tests;
- Good understanding of product metrics;
- Ability to independently conduct research, structure uncertain business tasks and translate them into analytical hypotheses, as well as clearly present results and provide recommendations to the product team;
- Experience with BI systems (Apache Superset), big data / DWH / Data Lake will be an advantage.
