Looking 🔎 for a Product Analyst in an international fintech group. The role focuses on multi-market operations: Malaysia, India, Indonesia + new markets being developed. To be clear from the start: this is not about collecting reports on demand or BI development. The analyst here participates in product decisions and is responsible for what happens with them in terms of metrics.
Fully remote position 🌏
Responsibilities: — analysis of product and business metrics, identification of growth opportunities — formulation and verification of hypotheses, participation in product decisions — design, launch, and analysis of A/B tests — development and support of analytical reporting in BI — translating insights into implemented changes and monitoring their effect
Profile: — 3+ years in product analytics — solid SQL, Python + data analysis libraries — A/B tests and understanding of the underlying statistics — Power BI / Tableau / Metabase or similar — English B2 level or higher — high level of autonomy and ability to influence priorities
