Requirements ❗️ Must-have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a product/data analyst.
- Knowledge of SQL (any dialect), familiarity with Clickhouse will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python/R, including basic statistical, engineering, and data visualization libraries (or experience with other programming languages).
- Good understanding of mathematics, probability theory, and mathematical statistics, including practical experience conducting A/B tests and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with BI and ETL tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, ability to synthesize information across a broad ecosystem to diagnose problems and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate and maintain relationships with both business and technical teams.
- Be a proactive professional who contributes with ideas and solutions and can take responsibility for results.
- Product-oriented mindset with strong abilities in task definition, planning, hypothesis generation, and project management.
- Willingness to work in a fast-changing environment and ability to act in situations of uncertainty.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (level B2 and above).
Nice-to-have ➕ Nice-to-have:
- focus on monetization metrics
- preferably have experience in companies with a subscription model
- need experience in developing methodology for A/B testing (built an A/B platform yourself, wrote algorithms, worked on A/B methodology, very strong in statistics)
Will be a plus (Will be a plus):
— Knowledge of the music industry (notation, music production, music applications)
— Broad experience (not only product, but also marketing analytics)
— Technical/mathematical higher education
