📈 Responsibilities: — Data analysis — web analytics statistics and logs; — Design and validation of A/B experiments; — Analysis of product changes and promotion mechanics; — Creation of dashboards for regular analytics and ad-hoc tasks.

💻 Requirements: — Relevant data analytics experience of 2+ years; — DB stack: MySQL (or similar), ClickHouse (or similar); — Proficient knowledge of SQL (window functions, query optimization); — Analysis of A/B testing results; — Knowledge of Python, including libraries for data analysis (numpy/pandas/scipy/statmodels/sklearn, etc.); — Experience with BI systems (Power BI or similar); — Understanding of key product metrics (LTV, ARPU, Retention, etc.); — Ability to qualitatively document results; — Analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork ability, interest in self-development.

➕ Will be a big plus: — Ability to independently prepare data marts for problem-solving; — Experience with Apache Airflow or similar; — User journey analysis, recommendation generation, user behavior insights discovery; — Ability to use GitLab, Confluence, Jira.
