- Develop dashboards, automated reports, alerts, scripts, and lightweight internal applications that help the team work more efficiently.
- Create self-service analytical tools that enable producers to answer routine questions without relying on analysts for every request.
- Validate AI-generated code and analytical outputs by cross-checking calculations against source data and implementing appropriate data quality checks.
- Collaborate with the Lead Data Analyst, data engineer, and CTO on the technical aspects of analytical solutions, including architecture, code review, access, and deployment where necessary.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and help them understand the business implications of the data.

- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to prioritize independently, manage multiple requests, and balance operational support with deeper analytical work.
- Autonomy, curiosity, flexibility, and ownership, with a focus on delivering solutions that are adopted and used by the team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
