About the Company:

Hypercell Games is a mobile studio that has created a number of hits in the hybrid-casual and puzzle genres. Their games attract millions of downloads and players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Process analytical requests from publishing producers and studios, prioritize them, and provide insights in a timely manner. • Analyze the product and marketing effectiveness of projects and suggest growth points. • Calculate, monitor, and interpret key metrics (retention, ARPU, ARPDAU, LTV, CPI, ROAS, payer conversion). • Support teams with recommendations on product, UA, and monetization. • Design and analyze A/B tests; automate regular reports and create dashboards. • Develop internal tools using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and verify the correctness of AI-generated code.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics in mobile games. • Strong SQL skills (CTE, window functions, working with large datasets). • Experience with Python for analysis and automation (pandas, NumPy, etc.). • Deep understanding of F2P mobile game metrics. • Practical experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests, knowledge of statistics. • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Superset, Power BI, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of user acquisition and ad monetization. • Experience in automating regular reporting and analytical processes. • Experience with BigQuery. • API integration (BigQuery, ad networks, MMPs).
