🛠 Your responsibilities: 1️⃣ Metrics and Analytics: Analyze funnels, retention, unit economics, AI sorter effectiveness. Build a metrics tree, create dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc research. 2️⃣ Experiments: Design and evaluate A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and before/after analysis. 3️⃣ Economics and Monetization: Evaluate tariffs, subscriptions, cannibalization risks, and build forecasts. 4️⃣ AI and Tools: Actively implement AI tools to accelerate analysis — this is part of our culture.
🎯 What we expect: • 4+ years of experience in product analytics. • Mandatory experience with product monetization/economics and experiments. • SQL, Python, BI tools, understanding of data marts. • Ability to work without a perfect technical specification and independently formulate tasks. • Active use of AI in work (or a strong desire to learn).
