Expectations
- Higher education in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as an analyst (banking / fintech as an advantage).
- Solid SQL knowledge (window functions, CTE, query optimization experience).
- Experience with A/B testing (understanding of testing methodology, knowledge of statistical criteria for hypothesis evaluation).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / DataLens).
- Understanding of product metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPPU).
- Ability to explain the results of conducted research in simple terms.
- Proficient user of ChatGPT / Claude / DeepSeek.
Tasks
- Provide analytical support for product initiatives (participate in new product launches, generate and test hypotheses).
- Conduct research on business growth points.
- Develop A/B tests and support them at all stages (perform analysis, calculations, form an analytical conclusion).
- Provide support and improvement for current reporting.
- Evaluate launched initiatives in terms of their potential financial impact.
- Monitor the quality of data used for calculating key business metrics.
Important! We are in Moscow, hybrid work schedule.
