Product Analyst

We are continuing to strengthen Cian's product analytics 💙

I recently told you about a vacancy in monetization, and now I'm looking for two more Product Analysts for the real estate buyer and seller experience directions.

Why the tasks are interesting: 🔎 Buyer Experience - analysis of user scenarios, identification of problems in the funnel from property search to seller contact, segmentation, and experiments.

🏠 Seller Experience - development of tools for owners, realtors, and agencies, working with product funnels, activation, retention, and business metrics.

What's important: 3+ years of experience in product analytics, strong SQL, Python, statistics, and A/B tests. But no less important are product thinking, independence, and a desire to influence decisions, not just respond to requests.

A word about the team. I enjoy working with curious people who are not afraid to ask questions, argue their point of view, reflect, and take responsibility for the result. For me, cultural fit is no less important than professional expertise.
