Data Analyst for Sber's Process Mining team to support business process analysis projects: data extraction and processing, basic analysis, dashboard creation.
Tasks:
- Create SQL queries, gather information, and work with various data sources
- Analyze data structure and quality
- Process large volumes of data: consolidate tables, transform in SQL and Python, identify patterns
- Create analytical documentation: reports and technical specifications for data processing development
- Conduct business-impacting research, including cost optimization
- Create dashboards and widgets in BI
Requirements:
- Final year undergraduate or Master's student in a technical/economic field
- Understanding of principles for storing and processing large data arrays
- Experience working with large data volumes, including GreenPlum, Hadoop
- Proficient SQL: join, CTE, aggregations, window functions, query optimization
- Python for data processing: pandas, numpy, datetime
- Experience with BI tools: Power BI / Tableau / Superset
- Fluent MS Excel
- Analytical mindset
