Openbank is looking for a Data Analyst (bank / fintech)
Transform transactions, payments, and customer behavior into understandable solutions for the business and management.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of data on transactions, payments, customers, and products (cards, transfers, loans, digital channels) from ABS and DWH
- BI dashboards and regular reporting: funnels, retention/churn, profitability
- Ad-hoc research, A/B tests, anomaly and fraud detection
- SQL queries, data marts, ETL, data for reporting to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan
- Hypotheses and recommendations for product and business teams
Requirements:
- Analyst experience from 2 years, including at least 1 year in a bank, fintech, or payment company
- Proficient SQL (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MS SQL), Python (pandas, numpy) or R
- BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Superset
- Understanding of banking and payment processes, basic statistics
- Plus: Oracle FlexCube, Greenplum, Airflow, dbt, Git
- English for reading technical documentation
