We're looking for a strong local Data Analyst to join our Collections team 📊

This is an opportunity to work with large-scale data, influence business decisions, and help shape the future of collections through analytics and data-driven insights.

What you'll do: • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and factors impacting collections performance. • Evaluate and optimize collection strategies. • Develop reports and dashboards for key business metrics. • Contribute to the development of DWH and data marts. • Partner with business teams and support segmentation and predictive analytics initiatives.

What we're looking for: ✔ 2+ years of experience in data analytics. ✔ Strong SQL and Excel skills. ✔ Experience with Python is a plus. ✔ Banking industry experience is an advantage. ✔ Strong analytical and communication skills. ✔ Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, Russian, and Uzbek.
