Hiring Sprint for Analysts

Product Analytics

• Higher education in technical, mathematical, financial, or economic fields

• At least 3 years of experience as an analyst

• Solid knowledge of mathematics and statistics fundamentals

• Proficiency in SQL sufficient for writing complex queries

• Experience with data visualization in BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, DataLens, Superset, etc.)

• Knowledge of A/B testing statistical principles

• Knowledge of Python

Will be a plus:

• Practical experience conducting A/B tests
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Git)
• Experience building basic ML models in a real product environment
• Experience applying various "A/B without A/B" methodologies (causal impact, PSM, Difference-in-Differences, etc.)

Portfolio Risk Analytics

• Higher education in technical, mathematical, financial, or economic fields
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, B2B or B2C portfolio management
• Good knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics
• Understanding of how scoring models work, how to calibrate them, and how to set cut-off levels
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Python
• Understanding of the credit pipeline operation

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with B2B or B2C credit products
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Experience launching products from scratch (preparing requirements for APR)
• Experience in reporting automation (Power BI/Tableau/Apache Superset)
• Experience with Hadoop / Apache Spark / Airflow / GitLab

How the event will proceed

From October 1 to October 19, complete the technical interview

The video call will take place at a time convenient for you.

• 1. SQL — queries of varying complexity, including window functions
• 2. Python — tasks involving pandas and basic constructs
• 3. Statistics — measures of central tendency, distributions, CLT
• 4. A/B tests (for product analysts)

Pass the technical final

Interview with the team lead.

• 1. Discuss relevant experience, including case studies from your resume and the results of the technical interview
• 2. Analyze one complete case: context → task → data → approach → result → impact on metrics
• 3. Discuss expectations for the role

After successfully passing the interviews, we will send you an offer within two business days.
