Middle Product Analyst at T-Bank, in the Cashback Team

Cashback at T-Bank is one of the key areas that requires rigorous and high-quality analytics. The team is mainly focused on creating new and improving existing algorithms for issuing cashback categories to clients. Our main goal is to make the product more comfortable and high-quality for users, which will then be reflected in the business. We are now looking for a Middle Analyst/DS to join the team and strengthen the core pricing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and improve existing algorithms for issuing cashback categories
• Constantly conduct A/B tests and evaluate the impact of new changes. (Tests can be quite complex, expecting more than a 1% conversion change)

Requirements:

• Top technical university (The team mainly consists of graduates from MIPT/MSU/HSE)
• Knowledge of Python + SQL (We mainly use Greenplum and Clickhouse for SQL)
• Knowledge of the basics of statistics and probability theory
• Experience in conducting A/B tests (if you have experience with pricing domain tests - a big plus)
• Experience interacting with any BI tool for visualization (we use Apache Superset)
• Experience working with an ML team (you understand how to optimally collect data and train a model on it, even without an MLE)
