Role Purpose
To provide the marketing department with reliable analytics for decision-making, improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, increasing sales of banking products, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities
Analysis of the client base, sales, communication channels, and customer behavior using SQL and Python
Evaluation of marketing campaign effectiveness: response rate, conversion, revenue, costs, ROMI, sales uplift, and incremental effect
Formation of customer segments and target samples for marketing communications
Building and testing hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing experiment results
Development of data marts, analytical models, and regular reporting for the marketing department
Creation and support of BI dashboards for key marketing and product indicators
Automation of analytical calculations and reporting preparation processes in Python and SQL
Preparation of analytical conclusions and recommendations for marketing managers and product owners
Monitoring the quality, completeness, and consistency of the data used
Setting tasks for refining data sources, data marts, and analytical infrastructure
Participation in the development of methodologies for calculating marketing indicators
Expert review of analytical solutions and results of other analysts' work
Mentoring and developing junior analysts
Interaction with the marketing, product, CRM, risk, finance, and IT departments
Candidate Requirements
Experience with SQL
Experience with Python
Knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Superset, FineBI)
Experience with FineBI will be an advantage
