Bell Integrator is a large system integrator, part of the Softline group of companies, with a staff of over 2500 people. We are looking for System Analysts for projects in the banking, telecom, and insurance sectors.

What needs to be done? ✅ Evaluation of banking and ecosystem products/services and product initiatives across all business areas of the group (launching new products, analyzing changes in their price and non-price parameters, structuring promotions and pilot projects in A/B-test format). ✅ Development of evaluation methodology and tools. ✅ Building a product analytics system (conducting research, finding insights, implementing solutions). ✅ Consulting business units on financial and economic evaluation, structuring pilot projects and promotions. ✅ Approval of business initiatives and participation in product committee meetings.

Requirements: ✅ Higher education in economics/finance/mathematics/physics. ✅ Professional experience as an analyst (Data Analyst / Product Analyst / Researcher) in a bank for at least 3 years (in the B2B segment). ✅ Experience in conducting A/B testing and alternative methods of effect evaluation (finding causal relationships). ✅ Knowledge of mathematical statistics, econometrics. ✅ Knowledge in economics and corporate finance. ✅ Experience in building financial models, any passed CFA level is welcome. ✅ Proficiency in data analysis methods using SQL and Python (data collection, aggregation, and processing).
