Data Analyst (Middle+)

📌Responsibilities:

• Interaction with business users to collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements for analytical solutions in the banking domain.
• Data quality analysis, formation of quality criteria, and preparation of test cases.
• Searching and analyzing data in source systems, developing mappings and architecture of analytical solutions (ETL, DWH layers).
• Preparation and coordination of technical specifications for the development of analytical solutions.
• Development of data marts and optimization of their performance if necessary.
• Interaction with Data Engineer on the implementation of data marts and scheduling regular loads.
• Development of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

🔺Requirements:

• Work experience specifically as a Data Analyst (not only as a system analyst or ML engineer).
• Confident SQL skills: complex queries, window functions, optimization.
• Data modeling experience; knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 - will be a plus.
• Skills in working with data marts and building data warehouse layers.
• Understanding of banking products.
• Knowledge of basic banking operations and business processes.
• Experience in preparing financial reports.
• Participation in regulatory projects - will be a plus.
• Experience working with large volumes of transactional data and their analysis.
• Understanding of customer analytics.
• Experience with Power BI:
  • complex interactive dashboards,
  • linked visualizations,
  • flexible role models,
  • performance optimization.
• Ability to combine data analytics and business visualization.
• Skills in using various external data sources.
