Hello everyone!

Looking for a Data Analyst for top Russian banks for various projects.

CONDITIONS: • Location: Remote • Schedule: 5/2 • Official employment. • Salary from 235k to 317k gross depending on experience • Long-term cooperation with an IT-accredited company; • Voluntary medical insurance with dentistry (after probation period); • Participation in various Centicore company activities;

TASKS: • Analyze sales, key metric dynamics, and customer behavior. • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports. • Build dashboards, pivot tables, and analytical extracts. • Identify growth areas and form conclusions based on analysis results. • Conduct SCM (service/task mapping / system analysis of processes and metrics). • Prepare presentations for management and teams:

• analytical conclusions,
• research results,
• sales dynamics,
• hypotheses and recommendations. • Participate in the analysis of product and business hypotheses. • Work with large datasets from various sources.

REQUIREMENTS: • Banking experience with tasks similar to ours is important. • Experience as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst / BI Analyst for at least 1 year. • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets:

• pivot tables, formulas, working with large tables. • Knowledge of SQL for writing queries and data joining. • Ability to structure information and draw clear conclusions. • Presentation preparation skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides / Figma. • Ability to explain numbers in simple terms. • Attention to detail and independence.

Will be a plus: • Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio. • Experience in WEB analytics. • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital products. • Skill in conducting research and analyzing customer scenarios. • Understanding of product metrics and unit economics
