⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst.
- Confident SQL skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in building reports and dashboards (Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Experience working with large volumes of data.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and formulate conclusions.
- Experience preparing analytical materials for management.
- Practical experience using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, or similar) in daily work.
- Ability to quickly create prototypes, automations, SQL queries, Python scripts, and analytical studies using AI (vibe coding).
- Proficiency in Python (pandas).
- Experience with ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Understanding of AI, LLM, and generative artificial intelligence principles.
- Experience using AI Coding and AI agents in workflows.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and effective work with LLMs.
- Experience analyzing high-load IT platforms
✅Responsibilities:
- Develop the analytics and metrics system for the AI platform.
- Collect, process, and consolidate data from various sources.
- Prepare regular analytical and management reports for leadership.
- Develop and maintain the KPI system and key metrics for the AI platform.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for monitoring key indicators.
- Analyze the usage of the AI platform, LLM models, and AI services.
- Analyze infrastructure performance (TTFT, latency, queues, GPU load, SLA, and other metrics).
- Analyze token usage, API, computational resources, and user activity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implementing AI tools and AI Coding in company divisions.
- Formulate analytical conclusions and recommendations for platform development.
