Vacancy: Product Analyst (Middle/Middle+)

Accredited IT company Centicore is looking for a Product Analyst for a bank's fintech project.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an analyst in e-commerce, banking, or an IT company with products for external users.
- Experience with financial products and services such as internet banking, mobile banking applications.
Data Handling:
- Excellent SQL knowledge: ability to optimally solve high-complexity tasks;
- Experience with several of the following databases: Oracle, Vertica, Impala, Hive, Clickhouse, MS SQL Server, Google BigQuery;
- Excellent Excel knowledge (including pivot tables, functions, connections, VBA / PowerQuery);
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics (including hypothesis testing and experiment design);
- Knowledge of regression analysis and time series analysis;
- Experience with several of the following visualization systems: Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Google Data Studio;
- Good knowledge of R/Python will be a plus: knowledge of data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, sklearn), visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to identify user and business needs.
- Formalizing key and auxiliary metrics with the client. Developing and maintaining dashboards.
- Product research using service data and other available sources to find insights and form hypotheses. Conducting A/B tests.
- Analyzing current data collection processes, optimizing and improving them.
- Working with product business goals within the roadmap with defined deadlines.
