NevaTech** is a product IT company utilizing modern fintech technologies.
In connection with the launch of a new product, we are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to strengthen our team and take an active part in the company's development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Business Performance Analysis: conducting an analysis of key product metrics (sales funnel, conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU), monitoring the quality of the credit portfolio.
- Working with Data: collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from internal systems and DWH using SQL.
- Developing technical specifications for developers for data collection and structuring.
- Developing reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Superset).
- Hypothesis Generation and Verification: identifying growth opportunities in the product, formulating and prioritizing hypotheses, planning and conducting A/B tests to assess the impact of changes on business metrics.
- Customer Analytics: user segmentation, customer journey mapping (CJM), identifying behavioral patterns and anomalies.
- Presenting results (reports, presentations).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst.
- Experience in the financial sector. Understanding the specifics of the microfinance business (scoring, delinquencies, legislation).
- Knowledge of product metrics and unit economics.
- Understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Skills in formulating and verifying hypotheses.
- Data visualization skills (BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Superset).
- Ability to present results in a structured manner and communicate ideas to the business.
Will be a plus
- Proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTE, JOIN).
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy libraries for data analysis and processing).
