We are looking for an analyst with 3+ years of experience to work with large data arrays, sales, product metrics, and customer behavior on fintech projects/banking.

Tasks: • Analyze sales, key metrics dynamics, and customer behavior • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports • Build dashboards, pivot tables, and analytical extracts • Identify growth points and form conclusions based on analysis results • Conduct STM (service/task mapping / system analysis of processes and metrics) • Prepare presentations for management and teams: conclusions, research results, sales dynamics, hypotheses, and recommendations • Participate in the review of product and business hypotheses • Work with large data arrays from various sources

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst / BI Analyst • Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio • Experience in WEB analytics • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital products • Experience in conducting research and analyzing customer scenarios • Understanding of product metrics and unit economics • Oracle PL/SQL • Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets: pivot tables, formulas, large tables • SQL knowledge for writing queries and joining data • Ability to structure information and draw clear conclusions • Presentation preparation skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides / Figma • Ability to explain numbers in simple terms • Attention to detail and independence
