Data Business Analyst
We are a dynamically developing fintech company specializing in the development of a financial product for digital lending to individuals, as well as small and micro businesses. We issue online loans with terms of up to one year through mobile applications and websites. Due to active growth, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team. Relocation to Gurgaon, India is required.
What you will do:
- Digitization, optimization, and automation of key business processes (sales funnels, acquisition channels, marketing reporting, etc.).
- Conducting applied business analytics based on prepared reports and actively communicating with top management for strategic business development.
- Development and maintenance of analytical reporting in Power BI.
- Writing SQL scripts of varying complexity for data analysis.
- Possible use of Python for process automation and organizing ETL pipelines.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst.
- Higher education in mathematics/technology/economics.
- Work experience related to sales funnel or communication strategies in banks, fintech, microfinance organizations (MFOs), consulting, marketing agencies, etc.
- Confident (high level) knowledge of SQL.
- Confident command of the English language (level B1+ and above).
- Willingness to relocate to India (city of Gurgaon).
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with Power BI / DAX.
- Graduation from one of the TOP-10 universities in Russia.
