International fintech company (leader in digital lending, top-3 in its market) is looking for a Data / Business Analyst due to business scaling.
Projects include high-load mobile and web products for millions of users.
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis and Product Impact: digitization and optimization of funnels, analysis of marketing channel effectiveness and unit economics;
- Data Work: writing complex analytical SQL queries, building data models;
- Visualization: designing interactive dashboards and reports in BI systems (Power BI);
- Communication: presenting insights and recommendations to top management for strategic decision-making;
- Automation: participation in the optimization and support of ETL processes (Python usage is a plus).
Requirements:
- Higher education in Mathematics, Engineering, or Economic Cybernetics;
- Experience in product / business analysis: sales funnels, acquisition channels, unit economics, marketing metrics;
- Proficient in SQL at a high level (complex joins, window functions, query optimization);
- Experience in creating dashboards and working with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, and similar);
- Understanding of key product and business analytics metrics;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (fluent business communication);
- Mandatory readiness for relocation to the company's office (Gurugram) within 1-2 months after starting.
