The Central Bank team, responsible for identifying suspicious and high-risk operations (cash-out, fund outflows abroad, P2P transfers, etc.), is looking for a BI Analyst with at least one year of experience, specializing in building and supporting interactive dashboards in BI tools.

Your task is to transform complex financial transaction data into understandable, structured, and informative dashboards that allow for trend analysis, anomaly detection, and evaluation of the effectiveness of current suspicious transaction detection methods. You will provide analysts and experts with high-quality visualizations for in-depth incident analysis and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Development, support, and optimization of interactive BI dashboards in Apache Superset for monitoring suspicious operations
2. Interaction with analysts and experts to formulate requirements for visualizations
3. Creation and configuration of datasets, metrics, and visual components (charts, maps, tabular reports) in Superset based on data from SQL sources
4. Automation of regular reporting and ensuring data accuracy in dashboards
5. Participation in improving data quality: source agreement, integrity checks, metadata documentation
6. Support for dashboard users: training, feedback collection, interface improvements

Requirements:

• Higher education: technical, mathematical, or economic
• Advanced SQL (analytical functions, subqueries, query optimization)
• Experience with Apache Superset (or a similar BI system): dashboard configuration, visualization creation, working with datasets and SQL queries within the interface
• Experience with pandas, numpy for data preparation and validation
• Ability to formulate business questions through visualization: report → insight → action
• Experience with databases and APIs as sources for BI
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint

Will be a plus:

• Experience with ClickHouse, Hadoop, Spark
• Knowledge of ML models basics (even if you haven't developed them – you understand how to visualize their results)
• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) — as an additional skill
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for dashboard customization
