What you will do:
- Manage a debt portfolio (assess quality, forecast collections using existing models, calculate profitability under various strategies);
- Regularly monitor key debt collection performance indicators;
- Prepare analytical materials upon management request;
- Develop and implement collection strategies;
- Assign optimal collection strategies considering communication channels (calls, SMS, messengers, email), debtor segmentation, and predicted portfolio profitability;
- Conduct pilot projects, A/B tests, participate in building processes based on pilot/testing results;
- Participate in testing and applying new collection tools.

- Have a higher technical/mathematical education;
- Know how to apply various statistical data analysis methods in practice;
- Are excellent at using MS Excel at work;
- Know SQL – intermediate/advanced level (writing complex analytical queries with JOINs, subqueries, window functions, data aggregation);
- Can work in Power BI – creating dashboards, data visualization, DAX;
- Have experience with A/B testing (planning, execution, interpretation of results).
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Python or R – basic/intermediate level (pandas, numpy, scipy for data analysis and calculation automation);
- Understanding of collection business metrics (recovery rate, roll rate, collection efficiency).
