Data analyst
We are the client analytics team in the Strategic Marketing Department. Our tasks include advanced analytics of marketing activities' effects, identifying new segments, and in-depth study of Sber clients' financial behavior trends to offer them the most relevant and attractive banking products. We use various data processing methods to achieve the highest quality and customer-understandable results.
We are looking for an experienced analyst who can communicate effectively with both data and clients, build their own hypotheses and verify others', and is ready to find and propose non-standard approaches to solve work tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conducting ad-hoc analytics for product and marketing tasks
- Deep analysis of the client base: user activity, cohort analysis, and identifying reasons for key metric changes
- Formulating and testing hypotheses, summarizing activity results using A/B tests
- Using advanced data analysis methods to identify dependencies, trends, and anomalies
- Creating clear and persuasive presentations and reports for management and stakeholders
- Effective interaction with marketing and product teams
- Continuous professional skill development, mastering modern tools, and contributing to the implementation of a data-driven approach within the team.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or business analytics
- Experience with economic, financial, mathematical, statistical models, or IT and business analytics systems
- Proficiency in data analytics tools: SQL, Python for processing and modeling large volumes of data
- Client segmentation skills using methods such as RFM analysis
- Experience in conducting experiments (A/B testing) and improving client services
- Experience in developing and operating Machine Learning models for predicting client behavior
- Experience working with modern neural networks for automating analytical tasks, generating insights, and improving workflow efficiency.
