Head of Marketing, Product, and Channel Analytics (VTB Privilege)
Responsibilities:
Building an analytics system for the premium segment: from data quality and a unified metrics dictionary to management dashboards and funnel analysis;
Ensuring the collection, comparability, and reliability of data from key sources;
Forming a unified metrics tree for the premium segment;
Developing BI reporting for managers, product marketers, CRM, digital marketing, and line owners;
Analyzing end-to-end funnels for acquiring new clients and developing the existing client base;
Identifying growth opportunities in product, digital, CRM, and marketing funnels;
Developing a culture of A/B tests and incremental effect assessment, analyzing client journeys in the application, on the website, in CRM, and in remote service models;
Assisting product marketers, CRM, and performance teams in formulating hypotheses and evaluating effectiveness.
