Head of Marketing Analytics Stream
We are looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics Stream who can manage an analytics team, build processes, transform marketing requests into a clear analytics system, and provide marketing with reliable, fast, and practically applicable data.
The main goal is to make analytics a full-fledged operational tool for marketing management, not just a reporting function.
Responsibilities:
Analytics Stream Management:
- Leadership of the marketing analytics team;
- Task assignment and management of the analytics backlog;
- SLA, quality, and deadline control for analytics;
- Development of regular and ad-hoc analytics processes.
Marketing Analytics:
- Analysis of marketing channel and campaign effectiveness;
- Development of the marketing KPI system;
- Work with ROMI, CAC, LTV, retention, attribution;
- Development of an end-to-end analytics system.
BI and Reporting:
- Development of dashboards for marketing and management-level;
- Formation of self-service analytics;
- Automation of regular reporting;
- Consistency control of metrics and data.
Marketing Performance Management:
- Support for marketing budget allocation;
- Work with MMM and incrementality models;
- Analysis of brandformance and performance communication effectiveness;
- Formation of recommendations for marketing and business.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or IT;
- Experience managing an analytics team of up to 5 people in large companies or research agencies;
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics;
- Experience with performance, brand, and CRM analytics;
- Understanding of BI, attribution, MMM, and funnel analytics.
