Responsibilities:
data visualization and reporting: creation of understandable analytical dashboards for evaluating the effectiveness of ATL and BTL activities;
control of the effectiveness of advertising activities and their compliance with strategic priorities (calculation and interpretation of ROMI);
audience segmentation and behavior analysis: finding insights in user behavior for personalizing offers; budgeting, optimization, control, and management of the marketing budget;
experience working with large volumes of data, building and testing hypotheses; providing recommendations for strengthening regional presence and improving advertising campaigns; preparing analytical reports based on available data; analyzing the competitive environment and identifying competitive advantages; analyzing the target audience: structure, methods, and communication channels.
Requirements:
higher education;
experience in marketing and marketing analytics for at least 3 years;
knowledge and understanding of the process of building funnels to evaluate the effects of ATL and BTL activities;
proficient user of Excel, Power Point, Jira;
experience in forming marketing reports;
skills in using reporting setup tools will be a plus.
