VARIANT RETAIL FINANCE** — a fintech team that dislikes bureaucracy but loves systematic approaches, responsibility, and smart people. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst who will not just "execute tasks", but think, influence, and build a product we are proud of together with us.
Our stack:
- BI Qlik Sense (main tool);
- Clickhouse, MySQL (storage and database);
- Apache Airflow (process orchestration);
- Python (pandas/data processing/research).
Responsibilities:
- Collection, cleaning, and preliminary processing of data for research;
- Conducting analysis (statistical, quantitative, cluster, etc.) of historical data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations;
- Analysis and systematization of external and internal data (working with large data sets);
- Identifying inefficient processes through data analysis and participating in their optimization;
- Forecasting and tracking the behavior of key metrics, identifying key influencing factors and opportunities for their change;
- Development and automation of operational reporting, as well as testing and reconciliation of reports and data when necessary;
- Presenting research results and reports to business stakeholders;
- Performing Ad-HOC analytical tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in analytics and experience in BNPL, FinTech, E-commerce industries will be an advantage;
- Excellent mathematical foundation — knowledge of mathematical statistics, proficiency in analysis tools. Education in mathematics will be an advantage;
- Work with SQL — creating complex queries, working with window functions;
- Experience with Python in core data analysis libraries;
- Experience with BI (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Superset, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Report generation (from source to visualization) will be an advantage;
- Ability to create mathematical models of business processes and draw conclusions based on them;
- Ability to visualize data in dashboards;
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) will be an advantage.
