Our challenge today is to create the most advanced digital bank in Uzbekistan. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the collection team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Analysis and Management
- Segmentation of debtors by risk and recovery potential.
- Definition of priorities and processing channels.
- Preparation of structured data.
Monitoring and Performance
- Control of collection dynamics and SLAs.
- Analysis of conversions and identification of bottlenecks.
- Recommendations for portfolio redistribution.
Data and Reporting
- Control of calculation correctness and data availability.
- Tracking of case statuses (contact, visit, court, IP, collection agency).
- Generation of reports and analytical dashboards.
Improvements and Optimization
- Identification of inefficient processes.
- Automation, new segmentation, and routing.
- Suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in debt collection processes is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data processing).
- SQL — advanced level (complex queries, optimization, working with large tables).
- Python — proficient level (data analysis, automation, processing large datasets).
