We are looking for a Product Analyst at Kaspi 📊

What you will do: — analyze product metrics and identify growth points; — identify user problems and propose solutions; — formulate, launch, and analyze hypotheses and A/B tests; — build dashboards and prepare analytics for product teams; — work closely with product managers, designers, and researchers.
What we expect: — 1+ year of experience as a Product/Data Analyst; — strong proficiency in SQL; — Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis; — knowledge of product metrics, funnels, retention, and A/B testing; — understanding of statistical fundamentals; — ability to work with data, justify your decisions, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
