Data Analyst, Jun/Middle

💻 We are looking for a Data Analyst, Jun/Middle 📍Work format: office in Karaganda or remote across Kazakhstan.

What you will be doing: • Analyzing B2C product metrics: funnels, retention, user cohorts • Setting up and maintaining event tracking in Amplitude (or similar system) • Calculating unit economics of the product: LTV/CAC, conversions, retention, as well as fintech-specific metrics — GMV, payment success rate, transaction indicators • Building and maintaining dashboards for the team and stakeholders (Superset / DataLens / Power BI) • Setting up real-time operational metrics dashboards and alerts in Grafana • Writing complex SQL queries to PostgreSQL, optimizing them for load • Processing and automating data analysis in Python (pandas/numpy) • Assisting in building data marts and elements of ETL processes

What is important to us: • SQL — PostgreSQL: window functions, CTE, query optimization • Product Analytics — experience with Amplitude or similar: funnels, retention, cohorts, event setup • Python — pandas/numpy for data processing and automation • BI Tools — experience in building and maintaining dashboards (Superset / DataLens / Power BI) • Grafana — experience in setting up real-time dashboards and alerts for operational metrics • Understanding of product and financial metrics: unit economics, LTV/CAC, conversions, retention • Understanding of fintech metrics specifics: GMV, payment success rate, transaction indicators • Basic statistics knowledge
