What you will do:
- Analyze the client base and client behavior, form segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of CVM campaigns, analyze results, and develop recommendations for their optimization.
- Work with analytical samples, control groups, and ad-hoc requests.
- Forecast commercial KPIs and calculate business cases for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Participate in preparing requirements for automated reporting and monitoring the state of the client base.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for the business.
What we expect:
- Data analytics work experience from 1 year, preferably 1–3 years.
- Proficient knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and mathematical statistics.
- Experience with Power BI will be an advantage.
- Experience in fintech or the banking sector will be a plus.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with data.
