An Analyst (Intern) is needed for the Data Management Tribe team.
The internship track is for 6 months under a fixed-term employment contract, with guidance from an experienced mentor.
You will:
- Interact with business stakeholders regarding the collection, analysis, and formalization of data requirements
- Configure automatic checks to identify anomalies and duplicates in databases
- Coordinate team work to correct systemic data errors
- Participate in describing datasets and configuring the data catalog
- Form and maintain a business glossary
- Create dashboards and reports within Data Management practices
- Participate in the creation of internal policies and data work standards
- Interact with the data platform development team
- Participate in testing and acceptance of finished functionality
We expect:
- Understanding of Data Governance principles: policies, standards, roles, and responsibilities
- Knowledge of Data Quality and Data Lineage concepts
- Proficient SQL
- Knowledge/experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, or another BI tool
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience in data management, analytics, or related roles
- Practical experience with Data Catalog/Data Quality tools
