What you will be doing: — Designing end-to-end (e2e) business processes for distribution centers (DCs). — Daily analyzing hypotheses and initiatives within the scope of warehouse logistics. — Creating process descriptions at the "process step — IT product" interface. — Comparing solution options by cost and profit, forming roadmaps (MVP, V1, V2). — Documenting As Is / To Be processes and conducting GAP analysis. — Monitoring and analyzing logistics KPIs through SQL queries. — Presenting to stakeholders of any level and facilitating meetings.

Requirements (Must have): — 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. — VERY IMPORTANT: Deep expertise in supply chain and warehouse logistics domains. — Fluency in SQL as an analytical tool and MS Excel. — Ability to think systemically and to convincingly "sell" your solutions to the team and business. — Experience in product approach (Agile/Scrum).

➕ Will be a plus: — Knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns.
