🔶Position - Business Analyst (Middle and above)

⚠️Requirements:
- Citizenship and location RF or RB.
- Experience as a business analyst (at least 5 years)
- Experience in retail/distribution (from 3 years)
- Participation as a business analyst in large projects related to procurement, sales of goods/services and commission transactions
- Practical experience in building/optimizing operational processes for procurement, B2B sales, logistics and supply chains
- Good communication skills, analytical abilities, ability to briefly state the main essence of the task and present the results of work
- Skills in structuring requirements, developing regulations and describing business processes
- Experience in modeling business processes in BPMN 2.0 notation
✅Responsibilities:
- Description, analysis of business processes (ASIS) and design of business processes (TOBE) in BPMN 2.0 notation
- Formulation and structuring of business functional requirements
- Writing regulations, provisions and instructions
❗️Important:
- Ability to work with various stakeholders (of different levels)
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in business processes
- Responsibility, punctuality and result orientation
🔗Conditions:
Remote work.
Salary range up to 168k rubles net.
