Business Analyst

United Company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes: gather and detail requirements for the product, platform, and processes. Together with related teams, you will develop launch schemes;
• Prioritize initiatives and calculate their impact: jointly with the analytics and commerce teams, you will determine the importance of tasks and the priority of business development initiatives;
• Implement new processes: you will coordinate the work of teams to implement projects, design and implement new functionality;
• Formulate hypotheses for testing, analyze the current functionality of the seller's account, and propose improvement initiatives;
• Manage risks and interact with departments: you will interact with legal, tax, accounting, and other departments, develop and minimize risks.

What experience and knowledge are needed

• Business process modeling skills (UML, BPMN);
• Ability to identify, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, knowledge of agile methodologies; proficiency in qualitative research methods (interviews/observation);
• Interaction with development, sales, logistics, and marketing teams, ability to manage discussions and record results;
• Project management in e-commerce or participation in large projects with many stakeholders;
• Understanding of financial processes and document flow, understanding of taxation and reporting specifics.
