Vacancy: Business Analyst (middle+)

Salary Range: up to 395,500 gross
Accredited IT company Centicore is looking for a business analyst for a TOP-5 bank in the Russian Federation to join the treasury/lending team.
Requirements:
- Business analyst experience of 3.5+ years (preferably in banking or fintech: Large corporate and investment banking)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to describe business processes (BPMN or similar notations)
- Experience in writing requirements: user stories, scenarios, functional and non-functional requirements
- Understanding of the development lifecycle
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
Will be a plus:
- Experience working alongside system analysts (division of responsibilities)
- SQL skills (at the level of simple queries)
- Experience participating in user acceptance testing
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements from stakeholders, product owner, and related teams
- Describing business processes
- Preparing tasks for the development team (user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria)
- Participating in sprint decomposition and planning with the product owner and team
- Developing integration requirements (CRM interaction with internal banking systems)
- Participating in functional acceptance and verification of compliance with business requirements
- Supporting and updating documentation, knowledge base
- Participating in improving development and analytics processes within the team
- Designing the functional area of responsibility for microservices and designing their operation
- Composing interaction contracts between system components
