The project is aimed at the development and optimization of credit processes, servicing of large corporate clients, including automation and refinement of the bank's IT systems, as well as support and development of state lending programs.

✔️Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements for credit processes;
• AS IS / TO BE process modeling, diagramming in BPMN;
• Preparation and approval of business requirements with bank departments;
• Interaction with the IT team during IT refinement implementation;
• Documenting requirements and processes in Confluence;
• Preparation of analytical materials and presentations.

⭐Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in organizing and analyzing credit processes for large corporate clients;
• Practical experience in business analysis in banking and IT projects of 3+ years
• Experience with a process-oriented approach and participation in projects with an IT component;
• Skills in collecting and formalizing requirements, AS IS / TO BE modeling, BPMN;
• Experience working with Confluence;
• Business communication skills, presentation preparation, statistics work;
• Knowledge of Waterfall / Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Lean methodologies
