Seeking a business analyst for a banking project with experience in one of the following areas on a fintech project.

Income: 350,000 - 400,000 RUB gross (before taxes) Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (depending on experience and expertise)

Experience 4-5 years minimum, BPMN, and knowledge of other notations, basic SQL Knowledge of methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies (BPMN, etc.) Ability to work with analytical tools and process modeling software.

Database work, knowledge of SQL

Responsibilities: ✔️Business analysis and description of business processes, drawing in BPMN and description in Confluence ✔️Business requirements for cross-system projects in the backlog of the Department of Business Operations and Development ✔️Business analysis of current processes and modeling of optimal to-be processes within the department, as well as identification and analysis of bottlenecks in end-to-end bank business processes affecting the Department of Business Operations and Development, optimization proposals ✔️Participation in the Data Governance project to improve data quality as a business analyst
