Experience in projects with payment infrastructure, acquiring, or loyalty programs. Understanding of architecture construction principles and integration scenarios. Experience in optimizing business requirements preparation processes.

Company: Selekty city: Moscow schedule: Hybrid / remote Income from 250,000 to 279,100 RUB gross, or 300,000 RUB gross under self-employment contract

Requirements

• Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements for project tasks.
• Interaction with the product manager to clarify requirements and prioritization.
• Communication with related teams to coordinate business logic and constraints.
• Preparation of a complete set of business documentation: from the initial brief to approved requirements handed over to architecture.
• Participation in the preparation of architectural materials and sequence diagrams together with the architect.
• Support for the system analysis stage when questions arise regarding business requirements.
• Analysis of the current business requirements preparation process and proposal of improvements.
• Improving the quality, completeness, and speed of requirements preparation.

Experience as a business analyst in IT or fintech projects. Solid skills in collecting, structuring, and documenting requirements. Experience interacting with product, technical, and related teams. Understanding of the full cycle of requirements preparation and handover to development. Ability to work with vague inputs and independently clarify details.
