We are looking for a business analyst with a unique profile: operational experience in a bank supporting corporate loans (issuance, repayment, reserves, collateral management) + 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst in banking IT projects (preferably with CFT-Bank ABS) ⠀ Responsibilities: ⠀

• Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing customer requirements;

• Modeling business processes, agreeing on optimal implementation solutions;

• Participation in the development of new banking software functionality;

• Forming development tasks, user stories for system analysts and designers;

• Approving test documentation, participating in software product testing;

• Deployment into industrial operation;

• Development of user manuals and other accompanying documentation;

• Communication with counterparties. ⠀ Requirements: ⠀

• Education: higher (technical or economic).

• Experience: 2+ years as an analyst or ABS support specialist. Priority: CFT Bank (directions: Loans, Reserves).

• Experience in managing changes in information systems

• Clear understanding of banking business processes.

• Experience in developing user documentation.

• Knowledge of principles and approaches to ABS architecture construction.

• Skills in working with databases and SQL.

• Ability to create business process diagrams (BPMN).

• High level of communication and teamwork skills. ⠀ We offer:
