Depo is an IT company that develops and improves digital solutions for business. We create and maintain technological products where not only quality code and design are important, but also an understanding of user tasks and business processes. We are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst to become part of the team and help translate business tasks into clear requirements for development. If you are interested in understanding how products work, communicating with different teams, and influencing the outcome, this position is suitable for starting and developing in business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from users, clients, and internal teams • Assist in describing business processes and identifying opportunities for their improvement • Prepare documentation: requirements, user scenarios, technical descriptions • Participate in task definition for the development team • Interact with developers, testers, and project managers • Participate in discussions of new features and product improvements

Candidate Profile:

• Basic understanding of the business analyst role and software development processes • Knowledge of basic requirements management: User Story, Use Case, functional requirements • Understanding of business process description principles (BPMN will be an advantage) • Ability to structure information and work with documentation • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and responsibility • Desire to grow in the field of business analysis in IT

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar systems • Basic SQL knowledge • Experience participating in academic or commercial IT projects • Understanding of client-server architecture
